ABOUT ME
I am a Nutritionist (BSc Hons), Nutritional Therapist (a nutritionist consulting on a 1 to 1 basis) and Functional Medicine Practitioner
with a past life in corporate environments and three children. I wrote my BSc dissertation on Hypermobility and Nutrition, and hold a Professional Certificate in Neurodiversity in Coaching and Mentoring.
Registered with the BANT and CNHC*, I am trained to investigate the root causes for your preoccupations and help you implement practical changes to meet your objectives.
I often recommend testing to audit your particular biochemistry or supplements to fast track your progress and further personalise your program, however
your dietary patterns and lifestyle habits
are my first targets.
